Method of Payment
Total cost for SEGMENT 2 ONLY is $30. Advance payments can be made by cash, money order or check. Checks will not be accepted 10 days prior to the first day of class; cash must be used. $20 will be charged for any returned checks. Class size may be limited based on enrollment and registered students will be given first preference. There must be enough for a class. Call to make sure.

Refund Policy
If a student cancels one week prior to the first day of class, 100% of the cost will be refunded. After that, no refund will be given. In case of misconduct, no refund will be given and the student may be expelled.

Course Work
6 hours of classroom instruction will be given to each student. Students who satisfactorily complete the instruction will receive a SEGMENT 2 Michigan Driver Education Certificate. The SEGMENT 2 Michigan Driver Education Certificate must be taken to a Secretary of State office in order to apply for a level 2 restricted license. A student can no legally drive using the Segment 2 Certificate of Completion. Major Driving School will provide the textbook and all the materials needed for the course work.

In order to begin Segment 2 class work, the student must present proof of completion of Segment 1.

The parent or guardian certifies that the student has completed 30 hours of supervised driving which included at least 2 hours of supervised night driving and has successfully completed Segment 1 of an approved Driver Education course at least 3 months prior to the start of Segment 2 class work.
