1. We will try to make roadwork as convenient as possible.

2. Sometimes we will be able to pick you up at your house, sometimes we may ask you to meet us somewhere else.

3. Sometimes your road work will be done by the last day of written class work. Sometimes it will take longer. Sometimes it may take an extra week or two after written class is over. It just depends on the scheduling and class size.

4. The day of your drive:

A. Look for your instructor. Please be at the door waiting.

B. Be ready 30 minutes early.

C. Leave an hour after the end of your drop off time. Your drive may go longer.

D. Stay at pickup point unless instructor tells you to leave. If at your high school, DO NOT get on the bus unless your instructor calls you and tells you to do so.

E. You will usually be scheduled in groups of 2 or 3 for 6, 2 or 3 hour drives, for a total of at least 12 hours.

F. Your drive times are approximate times. Times may need to be adjusted slightly due to weather, traffic, or scheduling changes.

G. Your instructor will usually pick you up within 5 or 10 minutes of your pick up time but he may be up to 30 minutes late. Please do not assume your drive is canceled unless your instructor calls you and talks to you personally.

I. Your instructor may be late or early but will rarely cancel. Due to vehicle repairs, accidents, or unforeseen traffic delays, you instructor may have to cancel, but this will not happen often. We will be there for you. Please be there for us!

5. Cancellations/Reschedules

A. 24 hour rescheduling period - Each drive you receive is tentative. You will have 1 day from when you receive a drive time to cancel or reschedule. If not changed within that golden 24 hour rescheduled period, it is engraved in granite. Once the golden 24 hour rescheduling period has passed, if you cancel at any time or try to change at any time, there may be up to a $30 rescheduling fee. Please tell your ride or parent or guardian your driving schedule immediately so any changes can be made within the golden 24 hours rescheduling window.

6. You will most likely receive all 6 drive times by the beginning of the second week of the written class. The golden 24 hours to reschedule always applies, but especially after all 6 drive times are received and the 24 hour rescheduling period has passed. No rescheduling or cancellations will be made without up to a $30 rescheduling fee.
